Pinpoint your prospect with Facebook Ads

There’s one common truth…

We can never have too many.

Well maybe you can, but that’s a problem I think we all love to have.

But how do we get them, and then how do we keep a steady flow coming to your site with the thought of buying already on their mind.

We’ll I’m gonna show you one method that I use, that brings in a constant flow of fresh leads everyday…

Leads are the lifeblood of any business.

We all want and NEED loyal return customers. They are the Backbone.
But in order to stay alive we need a constant flow of fresh leads pumping through the veins from various sources.

Social Media, Email Marketing, Search Engines, PPC, Referrals.

There are many ways to generate new leads online, and more you have set-up and working effectively the more money you will make.

It’s that simple.

Today I want to talk about Facebook Ads PPC campaigns and show you a few techniques to optimize their effectiveness, so you can start driving traffic to your site today.

Specifically I’m going to show you how to target specific social groups through FB Ads.
The basics of setting up a campaign can be found on FB itself.

I’m gonna show you how to really ramp up your results.

FB Ads are in many ways the same as Google Adwords.

You write a Headline,  2 or 3 lines of copy, set your cost per click but…

There is one major difference, and if you put in a little effort and get a little creative you can reach prospects by targeting their deepest values using FB Ads.

With Google Adwords you target by keywords, now I’m not going to go into that here. But Adwords was and still is a very effective lead generation tool.

But…

With FB Ads you can target people on their interest, there occupation, their family status, their sexual orientation and so much more.

In the interest of brevity I can’t go to into detail so I’ll just give you one quick example to get your juices flowing, and then the possibilities of targeting through social segmentation, are only limited by how deep you want to dig.

A recent campaign I run, was aimed at small business owners/entrepreneurs, both online and off.

The product…

A Home Study DVD Copywriting Course.

This course featured a world class copywriter in a 2 day intensive Ad Camp. Where he teaches complete novices and experienced marketers alike, exactly how to construct sales letters that and advertisements that bring in massive profits.

So back to Facebook.

It’s a good idea to open up FB ads now.  And do a mock ad so this stuff sinks in.

Through the precise interest box, located within the facebook ads user interface. I started searching for people who were small business owners, entrepreneurs and so on. All the basics.

That’s the simple bit…

Now obviously every small business owner is not going to identify themselves as such.

So this is where we get a little sneaky…

You could start targeting people who like the small business section of the Wall Street Journal, people who have looked for business mentors, people who a liked the grow my business page and so on.

Now do you think these people might be interested in my product.

The opportunities are endless.

The more targeted we get the more powerful FB becomes.

Sell running shoes to people who like the New York City Marathon…

Sell University degrees to people graduating high school.

You see where I’m going just get creative.

Now if your serious about this, then you need to read.
“Killer Facebook Ads” by Marty Weintraube.

This will get turn you into a master FB Ads warrior.

Okay I hope I’ve given you something to think about. But I’ve really only touched the surface here.

I’ll post more on this subject, and give you various ways to optimize your FB Ads PPC campaigns in the near future.

For now you’ve got plenty to play with. Get out there and give it a go.

Bye for now.

And remember to subscribe to receive all these great lessons and much more.

Cheers

James Brine
